Sharon Baptist to receive President's Award for Outstanding Service

Congratulations to Sharon Baptist on earning a President’s Award for Outstanding Service.

Sharon has provided 21 years of dedicated service to McMaster. Over the past five years she has been instrumental in supporting the McMaster-Mohawk-Conestoga Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Program in her role as Administrative Coordinator, Consortium Secretariat. Sharon is highly efficient and productive in performing her duties, despite the multiple and often competing work demands associated with her role. She works quickly and independently, is an effective problem solver, and is well organized with good time management skills. Sharon has developed an administrative infrastructure that ensures the collaborative program operations and services are high-quality, timely, responsive, well structured and effective.

All members of the McMaster community are cordially invited to attend a reception to celebrate this year's President's Awards for Outstanding Service. University President Patrick Deane will present awards to the recipients in CIBC Banquet Hall, located in the McMaster University Student Centre, Room 319, on Wednesday, May 18th beginning at 3 p.m.

Since 1997, McMaster has celebrated the contributions of hundreds of exceptional employees and team members.
